The Midnight Poem

The world is nothing but a minimal piece in the universe... We feel life is long or short; tiring or maddening
We think we're huge or small, slow or fast, pretty or ugly, rich or poor
The glass can be half empty or half full... You can think it's nighttime somewhere in the world or that it's sunrise somewhere else
The world is too full of hate for God to exist... Or the good deeds in the world can prove that life itself is a miracle worth admiring
Many thoughts can go through your head throughout the day, but not today

Today's different...
Today the sun and the rain will both mean happiness
The sun will brighten the day and the rain can only mean rainbows with pots full of hope...
Today smiles will have a single meaning behind them... You
Smiles that confess the truth behind every hug and congrats people give...
But above all today you shall remember
That every second is already passing by, that time flies and life flows, that true friends surpass time and love changes the very feel of it
Hugs are filled with energy and stars are details put up to make your night brighter...
Today you will remember that age was made to keep memories and measure that you are alive and also... hopefully living.

Cause you see love...
On this day cliches will become your reality and you'll live love and laugh with life
On this day I shall hug you more than yesterday and less than tomorrow
I will tell you that you're as beautiful as can be, and kiss the very thought of you being in my life
Because I can't imagine bigger and warmer happiness than your hugs
Simpler and cuter love than to hold your hand
It's the fact that you have seen many places, met lots of people, gone through many moments, happy and sad, and yet here we are... You and me happier than ever, crazier than ever so I guess I'll say please laugh everyday because it makes my days..

And you should always know
That wherever you go
I'll never let go
Of your perfect amazing beautiful glow
That you get from head to toe
Every time you smile, and even so
You should know that long time ago
I fell for the idea the we could forego
A change from a simple "hello"
To wanting trips around the globe

Just to realize that the first guy that you ran into 
This guy that writes poems, is missing a screw
And every day thinks about how he can outdo
The previous time he said I love you

Cause on this day....

On this one simple perfect day... I just want to be able to live up to
Every single little feeling I had through a sleepless night waiting FOR YOU

What does Captain Marvel MEAN to the MCU?

So, here's the deal. I did a podcast entry about captain marvel and my thoughts on the movie and how unimpressed I was about some things and how glad and proud other parts of the movie made me. And that’s when it came to me: the current state of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Captain Marvel was not the best movie, it was a necessary one. Clearly, the end of an era approaches quickly as April is almost here with Endgame. Do you think for a minute that Kevin Feige is done with his plan for the MCU? Do you think that they introduced the world to such great successful Black Panther, Spiderman, Captain Marvel, Guardians of the Galaxy AND Dr. Strange just because? Apple's Endgame

So, here we are. Apple announced hardware via internet and called everyone in for services… Was the latter part of the presentation awkward? Yes. Could it have been planned in a more effective way? Probably. However, we got what we got and we must understand that Apple does not act without a plan. Here is my analysis of the true importance behind the event this past Monday: The Mac, the iPod, the MacBook Air, the iPhone, the iPad, the Apple Watch these are all attempts at products to drive the business. Some way more successful than others, they all have made what Apple is and will continue to be today. You see, there is a commonality amongst those products… They are not services. And THAT is exactly what Apple told the world on Monday: services are the future. Does this mean that it is THE END for iPhone, Apple Watch, etc. etc.? HELL NO!
